“The Penthouse: War in Life” is a South Korean television series that made its debut in October 2020. And it recently concluded in the first week of January 2021. During its run of 21 episodes, The Penthouse earned many titles and is also considered as one of the best k-dramas of 2020. Following the finale of season 1, The Penthouse stands at no. 8th position in the Top 50 Korean Television show per nationwide viewers. Thus, it is not a surprise that the fans are eagerly waiting for it to arrive once again. The Penthouse is directed by Joo Dong-Min (The Last Empress, Return). He will also be directing The Penthouse season 2. Also, Kim Sun-Ok (The Last Empress, Band of Sisters) will return as the writer for the second season. The Penthouse Season 2 Release Date And Cast

The Penthouse Season 2 will premiere on February 19, 2021. Moreover, It will have 12 episodes in total. And this time, the K-drama will air at 22:00 KST on Fridays and Saturdays. It’s very rare for any K-drama to have another season. But, luckily we and the fans will witness two more seasons of The Penthouse. This means that Penthouse will have a third season as well. However, nothing about season 3 is announced yet. The show stars Lee Ji-Ah (The Legend, Thrice Married Women) as Shim Su-Ryeon. Su-ryeon is an elegant, graceful, and glamourous woman who has never witnessed poverty in her life. She is also the queen of the Penthouse. Kim So-Yeon (All About Eve, Iris) plays Cheon Seo-jin. She is a wealthy and arrogant woman who has a warped ambition. The third lady of the show is Eugene (All About My Mom, Creating Destiny), who plays Oh Yoon Hee. Yoon-Hee has never experienced power and wealth. She has also done several jobs to get herself into higher society, so her children can have a better shot at success.

These three are the core of the show. But, sadly, we are not sure if Su-ryeon is dead or alive. The fans are rooting for her to return. But, nothing is confirmed as of now.

The Penthouse Season 2: Teaser, What To Expect?

The new teaser is titled, “Revenge has not even been begun yet.” The teaser seems rushed, but it increases our heartbeats. We see Cheon Seo-jin on the stage presenting herself, but she unexpectedly falls. As the trailer moves ahead, Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon) is heard saying “I feel like I’ve found my true soulmate.” Furthermore, Oh Yoon Hee also appears on screen with a black cap on and says “Why are you so scared Seo-jin”? The teaser moves forward and, we find students bullying Bae Ro Na (Kim Hyun Soo). And we also find Joo Seok Hoon (Kim Young Dae) with her. Ha Yoon Cheol (Yoon Jong Hoon) has returned from the United States, and it seems like Seo-jin is bothered by his return as we see her grabbing his throat and choking him. In the end, a voice says “I haven’t even started anything yet.” Moreover, we see someone’s hand coming out of a white sheet, but everything is covered. So, we do not know who he/she is.
