Then some really unexpected twist took place and Kevin called off his engagement with Fangs. In the end, Betty and Alice receive a call from an unknown number and it was Poly calling from a telephone booth of the Lonely Highway. When they both arrived there, they saw that the phone booth from which Poly called was completely destroyed and it was completely covered with blood and then episode 8 ended at a very high note leaving behind a lot of confusion and doubts in the minds of the viewers.
