The two also talked about the amount of magic that poisonous plants possess and the quality of magic. Yuri is impressed that the magic that Sei imbues into the potion is different from other casters. The next day Sei works with Jude on their research. Jude wants the study to be a success. Sei comments that it is not working. Jude replies that trying to imbue the water they used for the garden is a better idea. The episode is titled Awakening. Sei thinks about the Holy Water she has seen in a video game.

Sei questions Jude if the Holy Water exists in this kingdom. Jude has no clue about what a Holy Water is. Sei explains that the Holy Water is like water with magic in it. Jude replied that he had never heard about anything like Holy Water. Sei tries to think of a way to make Holy Water. She remembers the ingredients of making Holy Water which is Crafting: Herbs + Blessing = Holy Water. Later, Sei attends her classes with Yuri and asks about Blessing. Yuri tries to think of what Blessing is. Sei told Yuri about the Holy Water that exists in her world. She reveals that Holy Water can purify areas or take out undead monsters. Yuri is stunned by Sei’s explanation, and she told him that to make Holy Water, he needs to ”bless” it. Yuri is curious and told Sei that he has never heard of such things. Sei realizes that she was expecting this, and Yuri comments that he is interested in Holy Water. Yuri realizes that the Holy Water will help them against monsters. He reveals that he knows a type of magic that is effective against all kinds of monsters.
Saintly Conjury
Yuri explains about that type of magic and comments that they have records of casters who knew how to use that magic. Sei asks what they can call it, and he replies that the magic is called Saintly Conjury. Sei asks Yuri if he knows the Saints used the Conjury. Yuri shakes his head. She asks him what Saintly Conjury can do. Yuri replies that Saintly Conjury purifies miasma and destroys the monsters born of it. In the evening, Juhan visits Sei and notices that she is working late again. Johan asks her if what she is working on is related to her casts earlier in the garden. Sei agrees and comments that she was hoping that he couldn’t notice her. Johan replies that he couldn’t miss it since Sei casts up a storm. Johan asks Sei if she has learned anything new. Sei reveals that she realized that magic can affects plants. Johan wonders if Holy-Affinity magic also works on plants. Sei asks him to explain, and he replies that he knows that Earth and Water-Affinity spell can affect plants. Johan asks Sei why she tried to cast Holy-Affinity magic out there. Sei explains everything, and Johan realizes that Sei is trying to imbue the plants with magic. Sei reveals that it failed, but she had not attempted Saintly Conjury. Johan replies that he has only heard rumors and stories about Saintly Conjury. Later, Sei heads to the garden and realizing that she forgets things about her world. Sei’s powers awakened to her surprise, and she managed to imbue the plants around the park with magic.
