Tim’s first major role was in the television drama series Homeland in 2012. Call Me by Your Name traces the young romantic relationship between a 17-year-old, Elio Perlman (Timothée Chalamet), and Oliver (Armie Hammer), who is a 24-year-old graduate-student assistant to Elio’s father (Michael Stuhlbarg). He visits their home and begins a romantic relationship with Elio.
